Abstract (EN)
Limited water resources of our country and the world, the water makes it necessary to consume a more economical way. Water consumption, climate, population, water rates, periodic measurement, living standards, water quality, failures resulting from loss of water and operating pressure are the main factors. High pressure in city water supply, excessive water consumption, create leaks in the line to the port, the water line running from the cracks and defects due to the increase in water caused to water loss.In this study, Muradiye region of Diyarbakir was chosen as the target region. input line of the target area was built in a room. On the line, a flow meter, a pressure gauge and a pressure reducer valves units were mounted. Different operating pressures, taking into account the actual prototype for various periods in the experiments were done. The results obtained were evaluated and interpreted. As a result, the impact on network operation pressure of the water consumption was found to be very important. Thus, the pressure reduction can be done to save water, it also concluded that costs were reduced.
