A LIBRARY PATRONAGE IN ŞEHZADEBAŞI: THE LIBRARY OF İBRAHİM PASHA OF NEVŞEHİR AND ITS CATALOGS This thesis aims to conduct an in-depth examination of the library of Nevşehirli İbrahim Pasha and two different catalogs related to this library. The library patronage of Nevşehirli İbrahim Pasha (1718-1730), who was the son-in-law and grand vizier of Ahmed III (1703-1730), is examined in terms of the library's foundation, its first collection, and its historical development. Additionally, by examining its catalogs from the years 1724 and 1895, how the transformation in Ottoman educational and cultural life is reflected in the library collection.
