Technological developments and improvements have made that our requirements are higher for daily life and industry. So that scientists and engineers interest in to manufacturing new materials that have excellent features and new excellent products.Also shape memory alloys have lots of special properties. If you apply to right heating procedure it can be turn back to first view and it can work reveresible.NiTi alloys constitute to big section of shape memory alloys and machinability is very poor for this alloy with using to traditionay machining methods. So that, welding application very important method for this alloys. Exactly, some parts couldn?t be machining which part have complicated figures.Our target into this research, changing of mechanical and functional properties that after the using welding methods for NiTi alloy samples. However, we compared two different welding methods at same alloy and results were commenated. For this experimental study, samples were welded with TIG and Lazer weld and were took section into the joint area. After that samples were examined at microscopy and SEM. However, hardness variations were examined at the same section area and was compared welding methods between each other. At the other way, we made to stres-strain tests for understanding the difference of unweldeding, TIG welding and lazer welding application between to each other. Disadvantages and advantages were found that these tests were made comment and touch on to importances of welding process that we have to be care. The last one, we were warned to constructors. When they use this method, they should be know to disadvantages and advantages if they couldn?t give up this method.
