Abstract (EN)
Investigation of the Effects of Eight-Week Core Training on Some Physiological and Technical Parameters of Ampute Soccer Players Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the effect of eight-week core training on the physiological and technical parameters of amputee football players. Material and Method: 11 football players from Malatya Amputee Football Team were included in the study. Participants were divided into two different groups, exercise and control groups, using a randomized method and included in a training program consisting of 24 units (8 weeks x 3 days). Before the 8-week training program, blood measurements, motoric measurements and technical measurements were taken and compared with the values after the 8th week. SPSS package program 22 was used for statistical operations. Wilcoxon test was used for intragroup comparisons and Mann Whitney U test was used for intergroup comparisons. Results: A significant difference was found between the sit-reach test, sit-up, bent-arm hanging, single leg forward jump, t-test, ilinois test, push-up and flamingo balance test results in the exercise group (p<0.05). There was a difference between the erythrocyte values of the complete blood count for both groups. Erythrocyte significance level was higher in favor of the exercise group (p<0.05). There was a significant difference between the triglyceride results of the exercise group (p<0.05). Nt-pro BNP, cardiac troponin, CK, CKMB, LDL, HDL, LDH results were not different in both the exercise group and the control group (p>0.05). A significant difference was found in favor of the exercise group for the endurance results of the core region (p<0.05). Among the technical parameters, slalom dribbling, ball bouncing, head bouncing, dribbling, pass test and shot test results were found to be different in favor of the experimental group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Core training; it has a positive effect on bichemical and technical in amputee football players without causing cardiac problems.
