Abstract (EN)
Seljuk Turks activities which were realized to policy of dominate to Anatolia, had been directed to them in Caucasia, after founded their goverment and began to spreadig. Seljuks has been began to struggle with Georgians in the time of Sultan Tuğrul. Seljuks has been acquired a new dynamism with Sultan Alp Arslan in 1064. They had dominated to regions of Georgians and they were strenghtened to their domination with conquest to Ani. Seljuk Turks dominated to all regions of Georgians in the reign of Sultan Melikşah (1072- 1092). A big struggle began between Iraq Seljuks and Georgians in the Transcaucasia, in the time of Sultan Muhammed Tapar. In this period, Iraq Seljuks depended on Big Seljuk Goverment. In our researchs, we saw that historians's studies are not enough for this period. For this reason, we studied this subject which is mising in Turkish history.
