Abstract (EN)
Qazvin was founded by the Sassanid ruler Shahpur I. It was established as a garrison city in 250 B.C. to protect the northern borders of the empire against the raids of the Daylemites. The city's meeting with Islam Hz. It was in the time of Umar and Bera b. Soldiers under the command of Azib conquered the city. With the migrations that took place after the conquest, a Muslim population was formed in the city. Despite its increasing population during the reign of Caliph Omar, Qazvin preserved its character as a border city during the time of other Rashid Caliphs. After Hulefâ-i Raşidin, Kazvin saw Umayyad and Abbâsîd domination. The city became the site of the struggles with the Shiites on the Caspian coast during the Abbâsîd period. The revolts of the Kevkebis and the Shiites here were led by Mu'tez Billâh's commander, Musa b. Bull was suppressed by et-Turki. Apart from such political, military and social struggles in the city, there were some innovations in the physical structure of the city during the Abbâsîd period. In this context, new buildings were built in the city and new towns were established around the city. The city's growing population is mainly Arab. The townspeople said that they were the children of the conquering Arabs. Qazvin has a population structure that includes different ethnic identities. However, the rugged terrain, the constant attacks of the Deylemites, and the inability to get rid of the garrison appearance prevented the city from being an attraction center. Despite everything, it has been under the rule of different states and groups throughout history, as it is located at a point where the roads of many cities intersect and is an extreme city. In this respect, in addition to the Qazvin, Umayyad and Abbâsîd administrations, he lived under the rule of the sons of Ali in 251/865 and by the Sâmânîds in 293/905-906. The following year, the Mustevfis family, to which Hamdullah al-Kazvini was a member, took over the administration of the city. The domination of the Müstevfis in the city lasted for 27 years. Subsequently, Kazvin witnessed the struggle of Sacoğulları, one of the first Turkish-Islamic dynasties, and in 304/916-917 Yusuf b. Abu's Sac's attack on the city was repelled. Esfâr b. Şîreveyh became the new ruler of this place. The city came under the rule of the Buyids in 318/930 and the Ghaznavids in 420/1029-1030. The Great Seljuks, who put an end to the Ghaznavid domination in the region, took the city under the leadership of Sultan Tugrul in 434-435/1042-1043. The city witnessed destruction and war many times during the struggles with Alamut Bâtinis, especially during the reign of Sultan Melikşah (1072-1092). Qazvin continued to be a city where Shiite-Sunni conflicts were experienced as well as hosting the sultanate struggles, including the Iraqi Seljuks period.
