Abstract (EN)

The union is playing a very important role in solving problems related to business life and reaching a more effective and productive labor market by protecting the common interests and rights of employees. The unions that emerged with the industrial revolution followed a path towards meeting the requirements of the worst working class of workers. Social, political and economic transformations in the world and in our country have also affected the development of trade union rights. With the globalizing world, the working sector has expanded and the number of employed workers has increased. Because over-production is dominated by cheap labor power, the organization of the workers has laid the groundwork for the establishment of trade unions that will affect the country's structures. The work has tried to address all concepts of union organizations in all its aspects. In addition, under the trade union rights, the European Union examined the phenomenon of trade unionism. The way in which the unions are organized in the countries and the rights they have in terms of the applications are examined in detail.
