Abstract (EN)

Despite all the advances in medicine is still a high mortality of sepsis in the Intensive Care Unit of the clinical condition. Intensive care unit scoring systems, the estimated mortality and morbidity, identification of patients and facilitate monitoring of treatment planned.Serious infections due to non-infectious systemic inflammation with the clinical charts are very similar. The differential diagnosis of these two situations can be made, the application of patients by preventing unnecessary antimicrobial treatment, appropriate treatment approaches will find. Thus, morbidity, mortality and the reduction of maintenance costs will be possible. Diagnosis of serious bacterial infections and bacterial infections, ProCT still important parameter to distinguish nonbakteriyel infections. The importance of the place of study, the estimation of mortality in patients with septic ProCT'nin, SOFA, APACHE II scoring systems in place of the relationship between mortality estimations were evaluated. The study included 53 patients who were in intensive care. Data were obtained retrospectively from the archive of the patients. Input and output on the APACHE II, SOFA and ProCT values were recorded. Patients ACCP / SCCM consensus criteria, in accordance with the septic and nonseptik reserved. Sub-groups identified as living or deceased.Significant judging from the groups, patients who died of septic output SOFA, APACHE II scores and input, output ProCT values were significant. May be a significant marker in the prediction of the value of ProCT concluded. As a result, a sensitive parameter to demonstrate infection in patients with septic ProCT'nin the assessment of the relationship between mortality and sepsis, such as scoring systems were asked to show our study may be a significant parameter.
