Abstract (EN)

Pyroclastic rocks are widespread in Turkey. These were studied in terms of petrography and geochemistry. Ignimbirite is a member of the group of proclastic rocks and it is used in the definition of welded volcanic glass and sometimes used as a precipitate formed as a result of prolastic flows. The term ignimbirit has been made by many researchers in different forms. Due to its geological structure, the Central Anatolia Region is among the economic riches of Nevşehir as a result of intensive volcanic activities in the region. The ignimbirites used in the study were obtained from Kaptaş A. Ş. Mineral Deposits near the Tomarza, Kayseri. Due to the high volcanic glass in its natural structure, the ignimbrites form the main idea of iron silicate group dyestuffs due to volcanism. Iron oxide ratio and minerals put forward that the study could be used as dyestuff. When the natural structure of the material is examined, it is found that there are materials that can be developed as dyes for a group of colors with various metal oxide additives. Textural and visual effects obtained in the experimental study and Dry Digital Printing applications in ceramic coating materials show similarity. In order to be able to use the particle sizes of the dyes in digital dry printheads, they must be brought to the nanometric size. In case the study is sustainable, it is determined that a certain group of colors imported from abroad can be obtained with Ignimbirites in the ceramic sector. It is foreseen that imports will be reduced with the development of dyes.
