The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between leisure time satisfactions and quality of life of the employees (doctor, dietitian, biologist, psychologist, nurse, caregiver, officer, servant, security) in Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital according to some variables and to determine the relationship between them. In the research, one of the quantitative research methods "descriptive and relational survey model" was used. The sample group of the study consists of a total of 401 (226 woman and 175 man) employees selected through easy sampling among non-random sampling methods working in Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital. The findings obtained show that the leisure time satisfaction of the participants working in the Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital is the most important factors, respectively, "physical", "educational" and "aesthetic" factors, and while following the "social" and "psychological" dimensions, the "relaxation" factor It was determined that it was the least contributing factor to leisure time satisfaction for the participants. Considering the factors of the working quality of life of the participants; It has been determined that the most important factor is the "professional satisfaction" dimension. Subsequently, it has been determined that there are "burnout" sub-dimension and "mate fatigue". It was determined that the general satisfaction level of the participants based on the total scores was medium, and the general quality of life level was low. The t-test results did not detect any difference in leisure time satisfaction levels in terms of gender variable. However, it was found that there was no difference in the gender variable in terms of working life quality. When the results of the MANOVA test were examined, it was found that satisfaction with leisure time had an effect on the quality of life of the worker. Correlation test results It has been determined that there is a significant relationship between the leisure time satisfaction levels of volunteer participants working at the Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital and the working quality of life. Along with the study results and literature, it is thought that there is a strong link between leisure time satisfaction and working quality of life. It is recommended to create employment by signing a protocol with the faculty of sports sciences in order to ensure regular leisure time activities for healthcare workers in this study, which is carried out to determine the leisure time satisfaction of the employees at the Manisa Mental Health and Diseases Hospital and the quality of life of the employees. It is thought that it will make significant contributions to the employees in the organization and to the literature.
