Abstract (EN)

In this study; Au(III) ions were preconcentrated from samples by using liquid-liquid extraction, indeed Ag(I) ions were preconcentrated and seperated by using both liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase extraction. The preconcentrated samples were determined by flame AAS. Au(III) and Ag(I) ions were preconcentrated with liquid-liquid extraction by MIBK. In this method, detection limit of Au (III) and relaative standard deviation (RSD) for 1 ppm gold were found to be 0.034 mg/L and 3.21 % respectively. The purposed method was applied to determination of Au(III) and Ag(I) analysis in real ore samples and high accuracy and precision were obtained. For preconcentration of Ag(I) by using solid phase extraction, a coloumn obtained from silica gel which include 3-2-amminoethylammino)propyl was used and obtained elution solutions were determined by flame AAS. In order to obtain quantitative recovery of silver, the efectt of the factors such as sample pH, flow rate and volume, the type of eluent solution and it?s concentration, pH and flow rate on the preconcentration efficiency have been investigated. Additionally the effect of some matrix elements were investigated on the recovery of Ag(I) ions. The detection limit of silver and RSD for 0.3 ppm Ag(I) were found to be 7.2 µg/L and 2.92 %., respectively. This purposed method was applied to determination real ore samples and Ag(I) ions has been recovered as quantitative.
