Conjunction, turnover, go phutting operations and taxing of capital stock companies

The subject of this work is conjunction, turnover, go phutting operations and taxing of capital stock companies. The aim of this work is deep inspection of the law frame considered for capital stock companies from the view of taxing in our country and reveal problems on this subject. More over in these days of economy, analysing the conjunction and turnover companies which can be measured in billions of dollars in terms of our own legistations, can point out the importance of this work.In this work, conjunction, turnover and go phutting operations considered in a wide frame in the name of legistations defined in Turk Ticaret Kanunu while legistations on taxing is considered widely, extensively and after a literatur searh is done.
