Servant leadership on employee creativity, organizational commitment, and work performance: Knowledge sharing as a mediator

The study builds upon contemporary leadership theories and empirical research to examine how servant leadership practices influence various organizational outcomes. The research aims to explore how servant leadership behaviors contribute to employee commitment, creativity, and job performance. By focusing on the mediating role of knowledge sharing, the study also aims to elucidate how servant leaders foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and mutual support within their teams in complex organizational settings. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and responses collected from 208 employees from different industries with a questionnaire, this study seeks to contribute to the understanding of effective leadership practices. By examining the dimensions of creativity and organizational commitment and the impact of servant leadershipon task performance, the research aims to provide actionable insights for practitioners and scholars in organizational behavior. The results showed that servant leadership and knowledge sharing as a mediator had an essential influence on organizational commitment and creativity along with a strong relationship with work performance. Ultimately, the findings of this study offer practical recommendations for leaders and organizations seeking to cultivate a servant leadership ethos,thereby promoting innovation, collaboration, and sustainable performance in the face of evolving business challenges.
