Abstract (EN)

Although there is a lot of study in the diagnosis, pathogenesis and treatment of the disease, the development of new indicators and methods with the developing science and technology is important in terms of revising the known and known aspects of this disease. In this study, the relationships between P53, PERP and E-cadherin expressions with pathogenetic mechanisms in skin papilloma formation is revealed. In the literature review, we did not find any study on P53, PERP and E-cadherin oscillations in cattle skin papilloma. This study is a preliminary to other studies in this field.
