Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in a total of 50 cattle, of which 30 cattle, whose age is between 6 months and 8 years, are permanent and whose food ingestion is shaped, and 20 of which are reared with the same skills in the hands of the public and whose health is indicated as a result of the examinations. In this thesis study animals were clinically examined, fresh rumen content was examined, hematological, some biochemical parameters and blood gases were measured in blood samples. This item; All routine clinical examinations (body temperature, respiratory and heart frequencies, rumen movements), rumen content examinations (rumen pH, infusoria count), hematological Tests in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd unit cells before and after the treatment option application according to the needs of the case. (such as WBC, RBC, Hb, HCT), blood gas measurements (such as pCO2, TCO2, HCO3-) and blood biochemical tests (such as cortisol, calcitonin, PTH, CORT, AST, ALP, TP and ALB) were performed. Study result; Parameters such as body temperature, respiration and heart rates were higher than they expected in the study group animals (p<0.05), on the other hand, when compared with the control group, the number of infusoria in the rumen content decreased in the study group animals, and this trend made a significant difference (p<0.05) obtainable. Again, when compared to the control group, the observations of RBC, HCT, Hb and WBC circle in the study group animals were significantly higher (p<0.05). Likewise, the control group is faced with animals; Statistical observations of high PCO2 levels in animals in the study group showed significant results (p<0.05), while pH and HCO3 levels were low (p<0.05). In the animals of the study group, the AST and ALP enzyme values and the important criteria of monitoring glucose, CORT, PTH, and lipid controls were high (p<0.05), while the statistical expenditures of total protein and albumin measurements were significantly (p<0.05) extremely high, after the treatmentreturning to normal levels. We find that this food has very successful results from the service options we have achieved, as it holds the measurement measurement in indigestions, and that considering the parameters that carry out the examination of food indigestions in services will significantly increase the limits of success in the world. Since this thesis we have done is the first study that includes the aforementioned parameters in the region and the country, we believe that it will be an original study and will serve as a reference for further playing on this subject.
