Abstract (EN)
Papillom samples have been collected from 100 bovines' –raised to produce dairy and meat products- different parts of bodies from Burdur's different districts. In 8 out of 100 palpilloma samples' BPV PCR tests was found positive, while no positivity was detected in MY11/09. BPV types were detected in 74 out of 100 samples, meanwhile no BPV type 14 was detected in any of the samples. It was detected that BPV-2, BPV-10, BPV-9, and BPV-1 were more common in the general range of BPV types in body palpillomas. Additionally, among the BPV types, the highest positivity was found in those of two types. During the evaluation of body papillomas according to the macroscobic image, plain and round forms were found at most %72 pitch. It was found that plain and round form and sharp stemmed form papillomas in at least 48 months age; riziform papillomas in 12-23 months age were the highest level. No statistical correlation was found between papillomas' macroscobic image and age with anatomical region they were in. 68% and 32% of patologically examinated samples were classified as papillom and fibropapillom respectly. 62,5% of papillom samples were sorted out with Pcr tests and BPV-2, BPV-9, BPV-10, BPV-1, BPV-8, and BPV-4 were detected the most. The ratio of BPV types detected with pcr tests were disclosed as more common in fibropapilloms than papilloms, and it was identified as statistically meaningful. According to papilloms' anatomical placement, papilloms and fibropapilloms were found the most in the head-neck part. According to macroscobic display, the plain and round form were at most in papilloms and fibropilloms. In accordance with single and mix infections condition, two types were found the most in papilloms and fibropapilloms. Histopatological and immunohistochemical tests of the body papillom samples that were identified as positive with BPV type spesific primers were spotted as positive. Furthermore, BPV existence were spotted with the electron microscobic examination in epitel cells' intrasitoplasmic and/or intranuclear parts by choosing one figure from every sample that was disclosed as BPV type positive. Typical CPE formation had developed as a result of the plantation of BPV types obtained from body papilloms into the balbc rat ceratinosit primer cells and BPV standart virüs planting into the l929 rat fibroblast continuous cell lines. The same titrations were noticed as the outcomes of the microtitration tests that had been done with both of the cell lines. Both BPV types acquired from body papilloms and the standart BPV titrations were observed noticeably high. In the research, 100% percent regression and complete recovery were maintained in the topical pomat formulation-3 implementations in all forms of microscobically developed body papilloms. During the one year process, no repetation of papilloms in any cases were observed again.
