L'efficacité des applications des technologies d'information supporté par le six sigma dans le secteur d'assurance

Insurance sector is one of the sectors that directly get affected from customer satisfaction because of its nature. That is the reason why companies place this notion in their key success factors during the leadership competition. In our days, the most supportive approach to the companies for doing fast and right work is to benefit from information technologies based solutions and innovations. While passing from the classical, human force based era to the technological era in which the technology is tried to be used at maximum level, how this transition is made is also very important. One of the most efficient methods used in this transition and change is Six Sigma Methodology. Throughout this study, Six Sigma Methodology which is used for process improvement and operational efficiency is explained, the interconnection is made with the organizational learning concepts and some examples of transitions that one of the sector leaders have made using this methodology is reviewed in detail.
