Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in the research and application garden of Siirt University Faculty of Agriculture in 2016-2017 years in order to examine the growth of Narcissus 'Royal connection' plant in Siirt ecological conditions and the effects of solid (vermicompost) and liquid worm (vermisoil) fertilizer dosages on nutrient content. Solid fertilizer was applicated with 25, 50 and 100 g (K1, K2 and K3); liquid fertilizer was applicated with 0,5 %; 1 % and 2 % (S1, S2 and S3) dosages on each bulbs. In the study of phenological and morphological observations, some nutrients were analyzed in leaves and bulbs. The earliest full-bloom time was 137.64 days; the earliest arrival time of the harvest was 139 days, and the highest leaf width was 12.20 mm determined on S2 application. The highest number of leaves was 3,56 and the flower height was 49.33 mm on K2 application; the highest number of flowers (5,12) was obtained on control application. The highest plant height was 343,40 mm (p<0,01) S3; leaf length 238,28 mm (p<0,001) was determined on S2 application; the highest flower diameter 43,13 mm K1; the highest stalk thickness 8,69 mm (p<0,01) was obtained on the S1 application. In narcissi leaves, mean of nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) were changed between 3,033-3,470 %; 0,404-0,531 % (p<0,05); 3,549-5,047 % (p<0,01); 0,457-0,922 % (p<0,01); 0,161-0,232 % (p<0,01); 307,570-544,333 mg kg-1 (p<0,01); 37,354-58,668 mg kg-1 (p<0,01); 182,000-368,890 mg kg-1 (p<0,01), and 22,285-34,056 mg kg-1 (p<0,05) respectively. According to this, the highest average values of of N and Zn contents were obtained on control, K3 and S3 applications, respectively. K, Ca and Fe contents were found to be highest on K2 application; Mg, Mn and Cu contents were determined on S2 applications. The mean values of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu contents of narcissii bulbs were changed between 1,633-2,013 %; 2,787-4,195 %; 0,631-0,795 %; 0,366-0,866 % (p<0,01); 0,096-0,162 % (p<0,05); 179,265-399,063 mg kg-1 (p<0,01); 14,620-16,674 mg kg-1; 155,697-461,033 mg kg-1 (p<0,01), and 30,333-45,799 mg kg-1 respectively. While the highest N and Mn contents in narcissii bulbs were obtained on K1; Ca and Mg contents were founded on K2; K, Zn and Cu contents were obtained on K3 and Fe content was obtained on S2 fertilizations, the highest P content was detected in control application.
