Abstract (EN)

In this study; Kırka Boron Waste has been modified with 1 mL, 2.5 mL, 5 mL and 10 mL in different amounts of 3 different silane compounds [(3-Aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane, 3- (Methacryloyloxy) propyl trimethoxysilane and N- (2-Aminoethyl) -3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane) for 1 h, 6 h and 12 h 3 different times at 750 rpm in magnetic stirrer. The mixture was then filtered through a black band filter paper and extracted from the solvent. The cake on the filter paper was firstly dried at room temperature for 24 hours, then at a temperature of 60 ° C in the oven for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. The contact angles were measured shaping some of the dried powdered powder into a cylindrical tablet in a one-axis press. Remaning powders were characterized by FTIR, XRD, SEM. Then powders added to two different polymers (RTV2 and Epoxy) in 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5% (w / w) ratios (0.4 g, 0.8 g, 1.2 g, 1.6 g and 2.0 g). The contact angles of the polymer composites were measured and the surface modification process was evaluated.
