Özet (EN)
In this study, Deflections which are forming at the turning AISI 1045 steel are investigated with experiment and finite element method. With this work aim results are deferminated with using lazer lenght sensör to deferminate deflections which are forming at workpiece. Experiments conducted on two different lengths of workpiece in the workpiece and connected by two edges, one end connected to the work piece is used. According to the changes in height and diameter of the workpiece deflection change was observed. Turning to the smaller diameter of the same size as a result of my deflection increased with experimental results and calculations are clearly visible. In experimental studies, the flexibility mechanisms of the lathe and the results were adversely affected. In addition to experimental work and finite element method using ANSYS software solutions have been made. Experimental results and numerical solutions were found to be compatible.
