Dystopian narratives in cinema an analysis of "In the shadows"

The main documents of this study consist of dystopian narratives, which are dark and pesimistic depictions of the future. Dystopian narratives which are qa sungenre of scince fiction and nourished by the uniq conditions and concerns of period they create portray a dark, progressive future, especially in cinema. These narratives which reveal the proliferation of humanity around the world and in the current situaitons, will drag people in a depressing pessimistic reality if no action is taken. In the study, teh elements of genre specific dystopian structure of the movie "In The Shadows" were analyzed.
