Inter-genres in cinema: Mockumentary

This study disusses the dawn of the mockumentary which has new perception through categories of cinema and fact of reality. This research involves specific characteristic of mockumentary which is combined with other categories of cinema and analyses three films to explain characteristics of mockumentary. Audinces distinguish mockumentary from documentary and fiction in this way. First of all, literature survey was reviewed about historical development of documentary and fiction, thematic film analysis was put to use and mentioned documentaries were analysed and differences of mockumentary and documentary cinema were discussed. As a conclusion we can say that mockumentary affects the reality in cinema and canalizes the audinces to think due to the hidden messages in it.
