Abstract (EN)

In today?s world, competition pressure has reached to global dimension and to resist this presure compenies apply various strategies. The aim of these strategies both to continve the existence of companies and to provide synergic effect. Today?s competition pressure forces compenies to strategies which provide synergic effect. One of the strategies which companies apply to provide synergic effect is unification of companies. Companies want to realize their goals which they can not realize by then selves by uniting with the methods which are, buying, taking over and unification with a different company. When unification aims are analized different goals can be determined like expanding the marketing share, financial possibilities, removing technological insufficiencies, opening to foreingn market, profiting by mcasure economy, making new investments, realizing a project which a company can?t realize by oneself, development, discount of taxes, etc. Applying unification strategy, companies can solve the problems like marketing, production, personnel, finance and quality etc. KOB'?s expect the same results with companies from unification; like, providing synergic effect, opening to foreign markets, removing competition, acquiring qualified personnel, development etc. In this research which analyses companies unifications at the aspect of KOB'?s, also explains both companies unification tendencies and two different united compenies in Kütahya.
