Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was examined Erfelek Meydan village locality Karasu River, Ayancık Tevfikiye village locality dungeon, Ayancık Türkeli road separation locality Ayancık creek, Durağan Lonely poplar locality Gökırmak river, Durağan-Boyabat Lonely poplar locality Gökırmak tea and Boyabat Sinecan Village locality in Sinop. Samples taken from fresh water near and close to high-voltage lines were examined in terms of chemical and microbiological aspects. Sodium, potassium, chlorine, pH and conductivity analyzes were performed chemically. Microbiologically tested against E. coli and Coliform bacteria groups. The effect of electromagnetic field on water was investigated. It is expected that the electromagnetic field may have structural, microbiological or chemical degradation on freshwater. Due to the high rate of water in the human body, it was aimed to determine what these changes are. In this study, the effects of high voltage lines on fresh water sources in Sinop province were investigated and no significant difference was found. Differences were observed in the pH of the water samples taken. Considering the time of collection and access to the laboratory, the results were not significant. Conductivity at the expected levels of sodium, potassium, and chlorine gave results proportional to pH. In the microbiological test results, Escherichia coli and Coliform bacteria were detected.
