Abstract (EN)
Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of different residual bone heights and use of graft on implant stability values placed in the same session with sinus floor elevation surgery in atrophic posterior maxilla with bone resorption due to sinus pneumatization. Materials and methods: Patients who underwent surgical procedures between August 2022 and August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. 32 patients with 48 implant placements and 40 sinuses were evaluated. Radiologic and clinical examinations were performed. Implant stability was measured using Resonance Frequency Analysis (RFA). Patients were divided into groups according to bone height and graft utilization. Group 1, was grouped as 1 < X ≤ 2 mm bone height and no graft, Group 2, 2
