Türk mevzuatının Avrupa müktesebatına uyumu perspektifinde gayrimüslim azınlıkların durumu

This study analyzes the situation of the non-Muslim minorities of Turkey from the point of view of the alignment of the Turkish legislation on the 'acquis communautaire', thus, the process of evolution of these minorities at the time of passage from the nation-state to globalization. In this context, we studied the pressures exerted on the minorities non-Muslim since the Treaty of Lausanne until today and see at the end of this work, if there is a true evolution in the rights of these minorities in Turkey.
