The Research of atmospheric pollens in Sivas City

This research aims the montly distribution and morphological description of pollens belonging to Pinaceae, Poaceae, Asteraceae, Plantaginaceae, Chenopodiaceae- Amaranthaceae, and Betulaceae families in the atmosphere of Sivas city 1st day of April and 31th day of October where no aeropalynological research has been made before. Durham, which is a device for gravimetrically method was used for montly distrubition, description and number of pollens fall per cm2 of daily preparations placed on this device and results are compared with the meteorological factors microphotographs of taxa researches were taken.
