Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, international civil aviation sector in nowadays is growing rapidly and the area which is highly researched. There are a lot of international publications, conventions, agreements and protocols containing critical discussions on and around sovereignty theories. In this centruy Air law with growing technology, tries to control the International civil aviation sector. The aim of this research is to identify and explain clearly the air law features and scope within the sovereignty theories concerning national and international air space. In addition, all international air law conventions, agreements and protocols will be classified according to public and private air law. Data sources for this research are all international conventions, agreements and protocols which are regulating civil aviation, publications and body of literature. In conclusion, considering all international air law regulations in effect in the regulation of civil aviation activities is classified and revealed with a table showing all data which one is either public or private air law.
