In the second part, however, the values of airports are considered as a competitive factor. In the last section of the thesis, the airport managers, who have been working in various levels for long years, were interviewed at the international airports that have been operating in Istanbul. Due to the fact that the airports have a busy working environment, it has been difficult to reach to many officials for a long time, only the officials responsible for the airport management who can accept the interview at the workplace were interviewed.
