Abstract (EN)

This study has been carried on the executives and employees at aviation companies to find out the decision taking strategies of the human resources executives and professional satisfaction relations in civil aviation. This is a qualitative study and questionnaire method is used to gather the required data. The questionnaire bears 3 different parts. The first part bears questions intending to find out the demographic characteristics of the participants, second part bears the questionnaire of 40 questions to evaluate the decision taking strategies, third part bears the Minnesota Professional satisfaction questionnaire of 20 questions. The analysis of the data has been done by means of SPSS 16.0 statistical package programme. By this study, decision taking strategies of the executives, behavioral process during decision taking and the professional satisfaction relations of the employees from the aspect of different variables.
