Özet (EN)

Civil disobedience is a type of action in which legal and political responsibilities are assumed based on the realization of the objective in the event that a reasonable number of persons who have agreed to gather around this purpose, breaking off from norms, laws and existing order, aim to take a nonviolent step. This study aims to present an evaluation of the sample march of Salt Walk and Justice Walk by synthesizing the data obtained on the characteristics of the concept in the light of the determination of the conceptual framework on the phenomenon of civil disobedience in which the mass gathered around the common understanding of justice tends to perform on the basis of disarmament. The findings will be explained in order to contribute to the determination of how civil disobedience is located in the Salt March and Justice March and whether exemplary actions form a passive resistance model.
