Non-governmental organizations and environmentalism: Sample of TEMA foundation

The ?civil? word in the concept of ?Civil Society? is synonymous with ?citizen? and ?cultured?words. This word is explaining a person who belonging to people of a state. Borning in 18thcentury concept of civil society has developed in 19th century and its mean social organizationwhich aims to social advantage, justice and freedom. The opposite of this concept is ?PoliticalSociety? and including all of governmental organizations of states. For this reason the waitingfrom civil society organizations have to be non-governmental organizations (shortly NGO).For some texts, states and international politic organizations work together with NGO?s,though generally in struggle against to each other. While they are working together, statessupport NGO?s with personnel and financial powers. In this position, it seemed that essentialcharacteristic of NGO?s had been lost.
