Abstract (EN)

The importance and the planning of the human resources at the professional companies are increasing day by day. Serious investments and long dated plans are made on it. Departments of human resources are important and indispensable for companies and organizations with regards to long-running and sustainability. Indubitably, in the sense of new term management the most important parameter for professionalization and sustainable, planned growth policies is planning human resources Civil society organizations need to conduct an effective human resource planning and policy in order to realise their aims and perform a long-running and sustainable work at their work area.) Due to civilsociety organizations as sectors are organized by volunteering and helpfulness, because of fast changing of the employees who work at this kind of companies by short and medium range, continuity and stability cannot be provided for employment and human resources. In this study,approaches that civil society organizations are tackled as a company and by this way creating a professional İK, motivating employees and in organization providing long-term, open for improvement, education and future employees are discussed. For civil society organizations can work sustainably and long term, a professional organizational chart, depends on the employees' working with motivation and organizational citizenship. It is possible with stay long term in mold. Due to civilsociety organizations as sectors are organized by volunteering and helpfulness, because of fast changing of the employees who work at this kind of companies by short and medium range, continuity and stability cannot be provided for employment and human resources.
