The analysis of non-governmental organizations in terms of social work and social benefit practices

Social security is the basic system of the society. By using different materials, social security serves to the society. These materials include social works and social assistance. Social work and social assistance have do by the government and also private instution. Non governmental organizations are oneof the private instutions. Existing of non governmental organizations are one of the most important factor to provide democracy. These are important that people join to what extent the non governmental organizations and assistance to what extent from the non governmental organizations. They have active in the field of social responsibility. By this way they make a major contribution for social work and social assistance. In our country, one important mission of the non governmental organizations which are increasing numbers day by day are help and serving to the members and also needers that are not members. The aim of the study, examination of non governmental organizations to what extent contribution for social work and social assistance in the field of social security system. Within this scope, social security system and non governmental organizations have investigated in general and selected non governmental organizations contributions have observed for social work and social assistance work studies. According to the findings of the study, it is concluded that social work and social assistance are intertwined in practice. Therefore, it is seen that non-governmental organizations concentrate on social work activities or social assistance activities. Inability to conduct social works and social assistance together narrows their social impact. The non-governmental organization that is chosen as an example usually carries out activities in the field of social work. These activities are aggravated by education and are aimed to raise women's awareness. One problem of non-governmental organizations is the lack of announcements.
