Context of political stability in Turkey after 1980 government during the parliamentary system applications

The Parliamentary System, adopted by the Magna Carta Libertatum, dated 1215 in the UK, is being implemented in many countries around the world. Depending on the tradition of the parliamentary system emerged in the UK, especially as applied in many countries, including Turkey, it can not provide the same stability. To cause instability in the political instability of coalition governments in Turkey, especially the period between 1991-2002 indirectly economy has also affected other areas such as education. The military coups against democracy, the state crisis in the coalition, the economic crises in 1994 and 2001 have shaken the confidence in parliamentary democracy. One of the major problems experienced in the parliamentary government system in Turkey is also double legitimacy problem between the president and prime minister. These crises between the president and the prime minister have also been a problem among managers of the same party, rather than belonging to different political views. These political crises have taken place. With this study, the political impasse in Turkish politics, economic crises, military coups and government instability in coalition periods were evaluated.
