Abstract (EN)
This study emphasizes that there is not necessarily a positive or negative correlation between stability and any one of the presidential, semi-presidential and parliamentary systems in any space (country) or at any time; because each society has a different historical, social and cultural context/authenticity. The purpose of this study is to assess a compilation of both the negative and the positive views on government systems, as well as to detect the relationship of each government system with political stability by analyzing some examples of the mentioned three government systems, which are implemented around the world. For this purpose, a general literature search was conducted to collect the necessary data. The aggregated data were categorized and analyzed. As a conclusion, as well as any governmental system alone could not provide stability, their contributions to the stability could not be independent of time and space. It can only be understood by it is involved in investigate the historical, social and cultural context of societies, that which government system is suitable for a social structure, and weather it can provide stability in that social structure.
