Appointment of senior state administrators in political systems: Case studies of country

Administrative systems or political systems express the states and the types of dominance of the state for the administration of states. Classifications have existed since ancient times to form the various goverment system. Political systems are the structure formed by political institutions that show their existence and function at any time. There is interaction and coordinated work between these institutions. The political system interacts with the cultural, social, economic and other institutions of the country. However institutions constitute only the structure of a state.ts general characteristics are made by the electoral systems, political power, the structure of the parties, and the participation of citizens in politics. Democracy is the form of government that all states and individuals in the world have in order to shape their institution or state policy. Democracy measurements have been made by Freedom House since 1970 and by The Economist since 2006. Democracy indices are prepared by examining the political participation, political freedom and electoral processes of governments.Evaluations in terms of democracy dimensions; are categorized as full democracies, flawed democracies, hybrid regimes and non-democratic regimes.In this study, the appointment of senior state administrators in countries according to democracy classifications will be examined. The hypothesis of the study; In each political system, the appointment of senior state administrators is different according to the level of democratization. The method of the study is descriptive and historical research methods and document-based data analysis. In this framework, the results will be reached by examining the data on democratization scores according to The Economist.
