Saddul-Zarâa' "Blocking pretexts" in the Maliki school of thought in the context of legal policy

I will also provide a brief summary of the life of Imam Malik ibn Enes from his birth to the time when he was studying science, along with the teachings of good morals that he received from his great mentors in the first part of this chapter. Furthermore, I will also refer to the Imam's mentors, from whom he travelled to learn hadith, fiqh and the rest of the Sharia knowledge. In addition, I will cover the establishment of the madhhab to its final stage and the medreses that have been established in various countries, which indicate the spread of this madhhab in the world. I will analyse the issue of Sedd al-Zarai in depth in the second part, including its essence, signs, circumstances, significance, the views of the scholars of the other four madhhabs, and its rules. And lastly, I will be speaking on politics and sharia. Success is from Allah and reliance is upon Him alone.
