Wladimir Jabotinsky, who was thinking of immigration to Palestine for the cause of the Zionism cause, and therefore came to Alexandria as a Russian newspaper correspondent, met Joseph Trumpeldor. The idea of establishing a Jewish volunteer procession was introduced by Wladimir Jabotinsky, a Russian Jew. The union of about seven hundred people, which will go down in history as the Zion Mule Union, was established under the British flag by order of General Maxwell.
