As a result of highly increasing energy need of the world and foreseen future conditions of natural resources, technological improvements are now major in consumption and economy of energy. Nevertheless, we also know that these technological leaps are mostly related with reducing the need of energy, in other words, moving masses with lower weight from one location to another. Material science, the most important parameter of these studies, presents a very large spectrum to the scientists for developing the current technologies and finding new ones as well. Continous develepment of material science as from early 20th century gives us very certain information about the reason why it is primary and has the priority as a parameter of technological improvement. Especially, new disciplines has been formed with material science basis and these disciplines? being important actors of production industry is encouraging us more than ever. Material science is living the most active period in its history by finding new materials, studies for developing new composites and alloys. New produced composites are light but with high lifting capabilities. So that they easily become most useable materials in especially industry of aviation, space and by the help of cheapening production technologies in automotive industry. This study consists of an analysis of physical characterization changing due to the different size and volume specifications of composites created during the study and finally a comment of results strictly supported by graphics and drawings. At this study, supporting the composition AA 6061 by Al2O3 partical reinforcement has been aimed. As a production method, melt mixing method; as a foundry method, squeeze foundry method is adopted and the applicability of these technics is measured by laboratory scaled. The efficiency of production method used is tried to be ascertained by characterising mechanical properties of final products after several processes. The results stated that, expected connection at matris-reinforcement intersurface is realized so the production method used is applicable.
