Determination of performances of some cherry cultivars grafted on sl 64 rootstock on Amasya

This study was carried out in order to determine the phenological, morphological and morphological characteristics of 4 cherry varieties grafted on SL64 cherry mother (Prunus mahaleb L.) at Dadı Village- Kavakçayırı around on Amasya-Zile road in Amasya province in 2015. The study was carried out on 4 cherry varieties, Early Lorry, Celeste, 0900 Ziraat, Regina. During the study, phenological observations for all kinds of bud blistering, bud burst, first flowering, full flowering, first fruit attitude, harvest date in 2015; Pomological investigations were fruit weight, fruit length, fruit size, fruit thickness, size of fruit, fruit volume, fruit crust thickness, fruit stem length, fruit stem thickness, seed weight, seed length, seed size, seed thickness, size of seed, fruit juice status, fruit taste, fruit meat color, fruit crust color, fruit juice color, fruit shape, fruit cracking, quality of fruit, fruit eating quality, fruit flavor, fruit external quality, Chemical analyzes were carried out by taking into account the criteria of SÇKM, pH and TEA. 4 cultivars determined in the study; bud blossom 6-27 March, bud burst 14 March-4 April, first flowering 3-14 April, full flowering 10-20 April, first fruit setting 15-23 April, first harvest date 3-20 June (Early Lorry variety 3 June, June 5-7 in the range of Celeste, 17-18 June in the range of 0900 Ziraat and 20 June in the Regina variety). The fruit weight value ranged from 4.81 g to 8.02 g (8.02 g in the 0900 variety, 7.00 g in the Regina variety, 6.77 g in the Celeste variety and 4.81 g in the Early Lorry range), 96.14% to 96.87% of the fruit meat ratio, the fruit attitude ratio is between 24.32% and 40.91% (29.01% in the 0900 Agriculture variety, 40.91% in the Regina variety, 30.65% in the Celeste variety and 24.32% in the Early Lorry variety), fruit volume of 5,16 ml to 7,00 ml, size of fruit 19,29 mm to 22,37 mm, the fruit stem length was calculated as 35.65 mm to 47.02 mm, the seed weight value as 0.17 g to 0.27 g, the size of seed is calculated as 8.74 to 9.36 mm, L value in fruit meat color (15,25) with (36,17), a* value (10,83) with (16,48), b* value (3,33) with (19,75), C*(chroma) value (11,39) with (26,76), h value between (16,22) with (54,01), L* value in fruit crust color (30,63) and (39,36), a* value (22,00) ile (37,29), b* value (7,03) ile (19,54), C*(chroma) value (23,16) ile (42,17), h value between (16,85) with (27,36) arasında, has been found that between 10.03% and 13,76% of the value of SCKM, 0,079% and 0,133% of TEA, between 3,48 and 3,94 pH.
