Effective teaching for views on the investigation of elementary teachers

Prepared in this context, the research, to determine the views of classroom teachers to provide effective teaching is of a descriptive nature of the research. Population of the study, 39 primary schools in the province of Konya Kulu district, 225 teachers, respectively. The sample, 39 primary school teachers in the district of Kulu Konya and volunteers participated in the study consisted of classroom teachers.As a result of the necessity of effective teaching and applied research required for success turned out to be really satisfying. Defended the view that an effective student-centered teaching, better efficiency in making the idea of feedback appeared to be necessary for effective teaching. Needed to know the professional qualifications of teachers needed for effective teaching. Qualities of learning environments, is important in ensuring effective teaching. In this way, there will be more effective in teaching the persistence of learning. The majority of the participants, the willingness of the teaching of students by increasing the effective teaching, social and academic development that contributes to the opinion concluded.
