Investigations of various variabilities of professional burnout levels of primary school teachers (Hatay İskenderun district)

The universe of the research consists of all the primary school teachers in Hatay Iskenderun district in 2017-2018 education year. The purpose of the study is to determine the burnout and find solutions for primary school teachers. In the context of research; gender, age, occupational seniority, marital status, having the child, the last program graduated, the department graduated, the number of students in the class, whether they want to change their occupation, the socio-economic situation of the school where they are in school, , the effects of thinking about being productive in the profession, the willingness to do or not, and and the spiritual satisfaction with the profession have been investigated the effects of primary school teachers on their professional burnout. It is an applied research that investigates the factors that lead to the occupational burnout of primary school teachers and the question of the level of emotional exhaustion, desensitization, personal failure and general aspects of burnout. In our study, the number of foreign nationals who were in the class not taken as variables in the previous burnout, and the foreign languages known the primary school teachers were included. The sample of the research consists of 422 primary school teachers who are selected by simple random method from the teachers in the universe. "Personal Information Form" and "Maslach Burnout Inventory" were used in the research. SPSS was used when the findings obtained in the study were evaluated. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T test, Anova, Tamhane's T2, Tukey test, LSD were used in the evaluation stage. Research has shown that the level of emotional burnout of primary school teachers is moderately depleted; very little in the dimension of desensitization; mostly in the dimension of personal failure; in the general dimension of burnout has been reached as the result of being exhausted to moderate level.
