The aim of this research is to analyze of relationship between classroom teachers' professional burnout and organizational trust. The target population of the research is formed 169 classroom teachers, 81 of whom are men and 88 of whom are women working in the Bozova District of Şanlıurfa Province in 2018-2019 academic year. In this research, the whole population was attempted to be reached by not choosing sample. This study is a quantitative study and a correlational survey model was used in the research. Within the scope of the research, "Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educator Form" was used to determine teachers' perceptions of professional burnout and "Organizational Trust Scale" was used to determine their organizational trust levels. As the data shows normal distribution, parametric tests were used in statistical analysis. Parametric tests were used in the research since the data were distributed with the norm. T-test, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) were conducted to determine whether participant perceptions differ significantly from some independent variables (gender, marital status, professional seniority, class they teach) and Pearson correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationship between them. According to the findings of the research, the perceptions of professional burnout of the classroom teachers are "very rarely" and their perception of organizational trust is "mainly". Classroom teachers' perception of professional burnout and organizational trust do not differ significantly according to gender and class variables. In terms of marital status variable, single teachers' perceptions of professional burnout in the desensitization dimension differ significantly compared to their married colleagues. In terms of the seniority variable, teachers who work for 4-6 years have significantly lower perceptions of organizational trust in the dimension of trust in stakeholders than their colleagues who work for 10 years and above. It has been seen a negative and weakly significant relationship between the professional burnout levels of the teachers and their perceptions of organizational trust. In the last part of the research, various recommendations were developed in accordance with the findings. Key Words: Burnout, Trust, Professional Burnout, Organizational Trust.
