Determining the related classroom management views of class teachers from the point of constructive theory

In this study it is aimed to determine the related classroom management views of class teachers form the point of constructive theory.In the research, the class teachers? constructive theory implementations which are prepared by the researcher and the 33-item view specification scale that aims to specify the class management relation according to teacher views have been used as data collection tool. In the internal consistency test for specifying credibility of the scale, Cronbach alpha crediblity parameter has been found as 98. It has been implemented to 100 first level class teachers in the formal elementary schools in the central districts of Çanakkale province, and the obtained data have been compared according to its related variables thorough benefiting from SPSS package programme.From the point of constructive approach perspective, the related class management views of first level class teachers in elemantary school do not show great difference in their sexuality, professional seniority and educational background according to tolerance, respect, values, public sympathy, self confidence and motivation; however, they show great difference in respect factor according to instructed class levels. From the point of constructive approach, views of the 4th class teachers related to the class management have been seen more positive than than the views of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th class teachers in the respect factor.Key words: Constructiv Approach, Class Management
