Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to design, implement and evaluate a school-based professional development program for the development of primary school teachers' technopedagogical skills. For this purpose, firstly, a comprehensive needs determination study was carried out. Then, the professional development program was designed in line with these needs of primary school teachers and in the final stage, the implementation and evaluation of the program was carried out. In this study, a multi-stage mixed method was adopted. Semi-structured interviews, questionnaire, reflective diary, Technopedagogical Competence (TPACK) Scale, researcher diary, self-assessment, peer assessment, media recordings, lesson plans, checklists constitute the data sources of the research. The designed program was completed with 13 participants in a period of 5 weeks with a blended learning approach. In line with the findings, it has been determined that the school-based professional development program increases the interaction between teachers, contributes to professional development, and raises awareness about the "where, when and how" technology should be used in the learning-teaching process.
