Abstract (EN)

In this research, it is aimed to examine classroom management skills of teachers assigned at primary education schools who have students that need special training depending on various variables. The extend of the research is consisted of 148 people assigned in different public primary education schools in Sancaptepe in İstanbul. Scan Method has been chosen as the method of the research. In this study, since it is aimed to reach the whole, universe illustration method hasn?t been used. In order to gather demographical parameters, a personal information form has been developed by the researcher. Additionally, classroom management skills criterion has been used.In this research, different techniques have been used for both results in abnormal scattering format and results with normal distribution. For abnormal scatterings, non-parametrical techniques were more adequate, whereas for normal scatterings, parametric analysis was more adequate to use. Additionally, Unaffiliated Group t Test, Non-Parametrical Mann Whitney-U Test, Non-Parametrical Kruskal Wallis-H Test have been also applied with .05 percent significance.In this research, the differences of classroom management skills of teachers who are assigned at state primary education schools in Sancaktepe have students that need special training were examined according to sexuality, age, marital status, Professional seniority, educational level, the number of students in class, joining classroom management and special training courses, attending in service training classes and seminars.In conclusion, it is found that the age and professional seniority affect classroom management skills much more than the other variables.Key Words: Special Training, Classroom Management, Classroom Management Skills.
