Abstract (EN)
In this study, ıt was aimed to prepare Polypyrrole / Na-Bentonite conductıve composites by using chemical method. It has used two medium as with chloroform kept at the sodium bentonite deionized water or pure etyl alcohol to be blown up. Polymerization has enabled by using FeCl3 salt. When preparing composites Polypyrrole / Na-Bentonite structure has tried to prepare at different ratios by weight. The composites prepared at 45 oC by blowing up at the medium of deionized water or pure ethyl alcohol have chosen the ratio of 2:1, 1:1, 2.3 and 1:2 by weight. Moreover the samples that prepared by using deinozed water as a solvent without chloroform medium, ıt has chosen the temperature 30 oC , 45 oC , 60 oC ve 75 oC for the composite of 1:1 ratio by weight. The samples that prepared by using pure ethyl alcohol as a solvent without chloroform medium, ıt has chosen the temperature 30 oC, 45 oC, 60 oC ve 75 oC for the composite of 1:2 ratio by weight. The samples that prepared by using deionized water as a solvent with chloroform medium 1:2 ratio by weight and the samples that prepared by using ethyl alcohol as a solvent with choloroform medium 1:2 ratio by weight. It has chosen the temperature of 30 oC, 45 oC and 60 oC for that composites. FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), Adsorption Specifications, TGA (Thermal Gravimetric Analysis), XRD (X Ray Diffraction) specifications of the composites has evaluated and the measurement of conductivity has done by using four point techniques. The results of FTIR and XRD proved that ıt was composite. Increasement of the distance between sodium bentonite layers showed that polypyrrole involved in the layers. According to SEM results polypyrrole reacted with sodium bentonite with different ratios and changing of morphology of sodium bentonite has observed. Adsorption results proved that sodium bentonite adsorbed polypyrrole and surface area and volume of pores decreased. The conductivity measurements showed that when the amount of polypyrrole increased at the structure of sodium bentonite the conductivity has increased directly proportional. Key words : Conductive polymer, sodium bentonite, polypyrrole, .composites, clay.
