Abstract (EN)

Brassinosteroids are categorized as the sixth group of plant hormones and they are used as a plant growth regulator in many plant species and cultivars. The study was carried out in 2021 in Middle Black Sea Transitional Zone Agricultural Research Institute (40°32' 17.20°K,36°45'09.53").Study was carried out in three table grape cultivars( Italia, Michele Palieri and Royal). During the veraison and a week after veraison 0,4 and 0.8 mg/L 24-eBL were applied, and in the grapes harvested yield and quality characteristics were determined. On the one hand TSS amount of 0,8 mg/L resulted in the increase of M.Palieri cultivar, also it paved way to the decrease of Royal; while on the other hand, applications couldn't make any difference in the Italia sort of grape. According to the findings of maturity index, 0,4 mg/L 's increasing effect on Italia cultivar and the decreasing effect on Royal cultivar is been observed and in M.Palieri, there was no statistically difference. In tartaric acid, an increasing effect in 0,4mg/L's Italia and 0,8 mg/L's Royal and Italia, M.Palieri, in malic acid, 0,4 mg/L's increasing effect and 0,8 mg/L 24 EbL's decreasing effect on Italia, in Royal 0,8 mg/L's increasing effect in citric acid Italia and M.Palieri decreasing effect of applications 0,8mg/L's decreasing effect on Royal has been observed. In total phenolic content, the applications' positive effects on Italia and M Palieri have been observed, while on Royal it's negative effect has been observed. As a result, the effects of 24-eBL applications on' yield and quality criteria have varied among the grape cultivars.
