Abstract (EN)

The non-isothermal recrystallization kinetics of cold rolled AA3105 aluminum alloy sheets obtained from ASAŞ Aluminum in Akyazı/Sakarya was studied by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal analysis of cold rolled samples from AA3105 aluminum alloy sheets were performed with different heating rates (5 – 7.5 – 10 °C/min). The recrystallization kinetics was performed by using non-isothermal kinetics methods such as Kissenger, Boswell, Ozawa and Starink methods. These are model – free methods. Using differential scanning calorimetry data at different heating rates (β), recrystallization temperatures were deduced and activation energies were calculated from the slopes from Y – 1/T diagrams. Y is ln(β/T2) for Kissenger method, ln(β/T) for Boswell method, ln(β) for Ozawa method and ln(β/T1.92) for Starink method. The results showed that the activation energy of recrystallization for 107,8% deformed AA3105 sheet is in the range of 210 – 222 kJ/mol and this value for 167,8% deformed AA3105 is in the range of 235 – 247 kJ/mol.
